Our story
AegisFlows started when Nagy László — who had spent years running NLR Media, a performance marketing agency — realized that the tools available to agencies were fundamentally broken. CRM in one platform, project management in another, campaign tracking somewhere else, billing in a spreadsheet. Every agency he knew was drowning in tool fragmentation.
The vision was clear: build a single, unified operating system purpose-built for how agencies actually work. Not another generic SaaS with "agency" stamped on it, but a platform designed from the ground up around multi-location management, deal pipelines, client workflows, and the automation that lets small teams punch above their weight.
Nagy teamed up with Talha — a full-stack engineer who'd spent years building enterprise-grade systems at one of Pakistan's largest banks. Together, they combined deep agency domain expertise with serious engineering chops. The result is AegisFlows: CRM, pipelines, projects, campaigns, website builder, and AI — all in one platform, multi-tenant from day one, and built to scale globally.

Founder & CEO
Nagy is the driving force behind AegisFlows' vision — building the ultimate operating system for marketing agencies worldwide. As the founder and CEO, he oversees business strategy, market expansion, and revenue growth.
Before AegisFlows, Nagy founded and led NLR Media, a digital advertising agency that partnered with e-commerce and mid-sized brands to scale through expert Facebook and Google advertising. Under his leadership, NLR Media generated $1.8M in client revenue with just $510K in ad spend — a testament to his deep understanding of growth strategies and performance marketing.
He also founded NAGY Consulting & Capital, an early-stage consultancy dedicated to empowering businesses with tailored strategies and investment solutions. His hands-on experience running an agency is exactly what shapes AegisFlows' product — it's built by someone who has lived the challenges agencies face every day.

Syed Talha Ahmed Gardazi
Co-Founder & CTO
Talha is the technical architect behind AegisFlows, responsible for the entire technology stack — from the multi-tenant SaaS architecture to the AI-powered features that make the platform uniquely powerful.
A full-stack software engineer with 3 years of fintech experience at Bank Al Habib (1,000+ branches, 10M+ customers), Talha built and shipped core banking products end-to-end — enterprise reporting platforms, loan origination systems, bank statement services, and 10+ microservices. He architected micro-frontend systems with XState state machines (cutting frontend dev time by 30%) and built CI/CD pipelines that reduced deployment from 2 hours to 15 minutes.
Currently pursuing an MSc in Computer Science at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in Budapest, Talha holds a Google Associate Cloud Engineer certification and an Open Telekom Cloud Architect certification. His technical depth spans Java/Spring Boot, Node.js/TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
